To All benefits eligible employees:   
 
We are required to distribute plan documents and updates as they relate to certain College sponsored benefit plans.  Listed below are plan updates and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD's) for the Moravian College Pension Plan, LVAIC- Moravian College Health Insurance Plan, and Moravian College Employee Benefit Plan (wraps Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending, Long Term Disability, Life and AD&D Insurances into one plan).  
 
Annual notices and Summary Plan Descriptions are available below under  Annual Compliance Notices . Please contact the Office of Human Resources if you have any questions.
The annual Open Enrollment Period provides employees with the opportunity to make changes to their current health, dental, or vision plan elections. The HR staff  and representatives from the various insurance companies are typically available in the UBC room on a scheduled date mid November. Benefit changes made during the annual open enrollment are effective January 1st. Flexible Spending Account participants MUST complete a new enrollment form each year. All other benefits elections will carry forward into the new year unless instructed otherwise by the employee.
